Herd Manager on Grassland Spring Calving Dairy in Scotland with Farming Partenrs

Strong experience needed for this role on Dalswinton Estate which is currently being developed into Spring Calving Grassland Dairy near Dumfries in Scotland. Exciting new development, 4 members of the team in place and we need someone to take the lead with the Farm Manager for looking after our Cows, Our Grass & Our People. Will be milking 650 Jersey/Friesian on a new rotary parlor. Grassland Management and strong Animal Health Knowledge essential. We offer a mapped out development program for all team members with career progression in mind incl financial & people management.
