Atlantic Kingdom Limited is looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to work in our property Harrow Restaurant located in HARROW 27 High Street Killarney Co. Kerry V93 K164, website: www.harrowkillarney.com The Chef de Partie must Assists the Sous Chef in ensuring the quality, consistency and production of areas of responsibility in the hot kitchen Ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved; Prepare food either in cold section (cold starters/appetizers) or in one station of the hot section (either pan , or grill, or fryer, or oven) / hot appetizers or garnish or main course and oversea the preparation of the mise en place in his station.
