Hotel Minella has vacancies for the following at Coleville Road, Clonmel, Co Tipperary. Chef de Partie (2) – duties include: preparation, cooking & presentation of dishes to the highest standards as per head Chef instructions & maintaining good hygiene. Salary €34k p.a. 39 hour week. Minimum 2 years experience. Commis Chef (2) – duties include: assisting in preparation, cooking & presentation of high quality dishes, measuring & preparing ingredients for other chefs, dealing with deliveries & stock rotation, maintaining good hygiene.
