Early Years Educator

Lakelands Childcare is seeking one Early Years Educator for our crèche based at 9 Lakelands Road, Stillorgan, Co. Dublin, A94 HK38. Main Duties: Monitor children's progress and development through observations and assessments. Keep records of children's learning journeys and communicate progress to parents or guardians. Identify any developmental concerns and work with parents and specialists to support the child’s needs. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Maintain clear and professional communication with parents about their child's progress and well-being. Work as part of a team to plan and deliver an engaging curriculum. Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities. Requirements: Must hold an Irish or approved and recognized Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education. Job Details: Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time,39 Annual Salary: €34,000
