Trinity Support and Care Services Ltd. is seeking a compassionate Disability Care Worker to support individuals with disabilities in daily activities, personal care, and promoting independence. This role involves ensuring the safety, well-being, and comfort of service users in a caring and respectful environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist with medication, meal preparation, and household tasks. Promote emotional and social well-being, offering companionship and support. Monitor health, safety, and mobility needs.
