Milking 280 cows, on a spring/autumn calving, grass-based system. 600kg plus MS. The ideal candidate will have good animal husbandry and grass management; have mechanical aptitude and computer skills to optimise the technology available; be able to run the dairy in the absence of the manager; be part of a team.
